Kona the Chem-X pup Ask Kona!

This simple, efficient and durable foaming system features the Suttner ST-160 Foaming Injector and the Suttner ST-75 Foamer. This system solves the biggest problem with all foam cannons which is the refills by injecting the chemical at the outlet of the power washer. The ST-160 utilizes dosing nozzles for automatic dilution with a range of 10:1 to 200:1, completely eliminating all guess work when it comes to the strength of your soap. We set these injectors to draw at 100:1 which is 1% of the GPM, perfect for our super concentrated soaps. This equals 4-5 times less soap than standard injectors. Not only do you get the benefit of efficiency but you also get further cling time allowing work on larger areas and less soap run off.

This professional but affordable package is completely plug and play. To install, plug the ST-160 Injector onto the outlet of your power washer. To engage foam mode, attach your ST-75 Foamer to the gun or lance outlet. To switch back to rinse, reattach your rinse nozzle.

FAQs

What's the difference between the wall mounted and the portable power washer?

There are a few differences between the wall mounted and portable power washers, including the fact that one is stationary and one can be brought virtually anywhere. Aside from this though, there are a few key differences to take into account when choosing between the two.

The portable power washer requires no electrical hookups and can operate in the field or off-grid. The wall mounted, while it cannot travel, saves floor space in the shop, reduces clutter, and keeps your gear organized. These two systems also run at different outputs; the portable power washer has a flow and pressure of 4.0 GPM @ 4,000 PSI and the wall mounted power washer has a flow and pressure of 3.5 GPM @ 3,000 PSI.

What's the difference between the Mission Ready and Tactical Strike wash systems?

Regardless of whether or not you choose the portable or the wall mounted power washer, you will still need to make another choice: Mission Ready or Tactical Strike?

If you're looking for a quicker clean, the Tactical Strike Kit may be what you're looking for. It comes with Old Glory, our one step touch-free vehicle wash, and a Suttner ST-160 single step foam injector.

Mission Ready, on the other hand, is a more complex system engineered for rugged environments and consistent wash performance. This kit comes with two sets of Stars + Stripes and a Suttner ST-164 dual foam injector, doubling cleaning power.

What is required in order for the X Factor Mission Ready Wall Mounted Power Washer to function properly?

The X Factor Wall Mounted Power Washer comes ready for you to set up with soaps and an injector. Though it comes with the essentials, it does require 220V of incoming power in order to clean to its maximum potential. The unit does not come with hardware to mount it on your wall, such as screws or bolts. These materials need to be sourced after the purchase of the unit because everyone has a different method for mounting their power washer.

What's the warranty on this unit?

Both the pump and motor have a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. The rest of the parts can be fixed or replaced within a reasonable timeline covered by Chem-X, as long as video proof of the malfunction is prematurely provided. You can find most replacement parts here.

Who is this wash system made for?

This wash system is primarily suited for fleet washing; however, it really can be used by anyone, as long as there is access to the proper incoming power.

Can I order a power washer by itself?

Yes! You can order power washers individually, but you have to reach out to us directly to do so. You can contact us at orders@chem-x.com for inquiries about an individual power washer. When you reach out, make sure to include your name, email, and your shipping and billing address. After this, we can generate an invoice and send you over your power washer.
