This is the ultimate solution to streamline both shop space and wash time! The X Factor Wall Mounted Power Washer combined with our Freedom Foamer Kit make for an incredible system that will cut wash time down by as much as 90 percent.
X-Factor unit:
The X Factor wall mounted power washer features a pump with 3.5GPM @ 3,000 PSI, a 220V electric motor, and an electrical control panel with a heavy duty on/off cam switch and included auto stop/start time delay.
Pump + Plumbing:
These power washers feature a Commercial Duty Triplex Plunger Pump, along with our own unique plumbing layout designed for easy serviceability.
The VRT3 Unloader Valve (pressure actuated for foaming systems) is mounted with a 3/8 screw coupler to drastically reduce repair times, this layout also has minimal 90 degree fittings which helps to increase output PSI.
The garden hose inlet has a General Pump DuraView Filter fit to remove any particulates from the water line and can be visibly checked without opening.
Controls:
The auto start/stop feature protects the pump from overheating while the unit is on but water is not being sprayed by automatically turning off the pump after a 15-30 second period, the dual pressure switches on the machine will sense the psi drop the next time the trigger is squeezed and turn the motor back on.
These machines also feature an hour meter to determine the best times for pump oil changes. The TechTop Motor is totally enclosed and fan cooled with thermo protection to prevent overheating.
THE 44" Freedom Foamer:
The Chem-X Freedom Foamer was designed and hand built by Chem-X. We took the very best components and pieced them together in a layout with pure functionality and durability in mind. An almost fully stainless lance that is built to hold up in harsh environments. With this lance you can change between foam and rinse directly at the gun. The MTM Hydro Mezzo Shuttle Valve allows selection of either rinse or foam with the push of a button. By far the best foam lance on the market!

STARS + STRIPES TOUCH FREE WASH:
When Stars+Stripes mix on the vehicle surface, a resulting pH shock will activate the cleaning reaction. This dual-stage process breaks the static bond of dirt and road film from the surface, allowing the high psi rinse to remove more grime than any single-stage application and also results in a neutral pH.
This process saves the user up to 80% of the time it would normally take to do a mitt wash. Using two soaps also lets us tackle more grime by allowing us to use a wider range of surfactants that help with many different types of grime.
