DIRECTIONS / TIPS / DILUTIONS

Directions

1. Pre-Wash First

  • Start with a clean surface for best results. Use Chem-X Old Glory, Stars + Stripes, or another pre-wash to remove dirt, film, and grime.
  • Rinse thoroughly before applying Snake Oil

2. Mix Snake Oil in Chrome Cannon

  • In your Chrome Cannon bottle, mix 4 parts water to 1 part Snake Oil.
  • Shake gently to combine

3. Foam the Vehicle

  • Apply foam evenly from top to bottom, covering paint, plastic, chrome, glass, and wheels.
  • Avoid letting it dry on the surface.

4. Dwell Time

  • Allow to dwell for 30–60 seconds to bond and activate.
  • No scrubbing or agitation needed.

5. Rinse Off Thoroughly

  • Rinse bottom to top, then top to bottom with high pressure.
  • Ensure all product is remove

6. Dry

  • Blow dry or towel dry to reveal a slick, hydrophobic, high-gloss finish
Tips / Tricks

  • Apply to a wet surface — Snake Oil activates best when used immediately after rinsing.
  • Do not let it dry on the surface; always rinse off within 60 seconds.
  • Apply in shade or on cool panels to avoid premature drying.

Foam Cannons: 4 parts water : 1 part Snake Oil

Pump Sprayers: 100 parts water : 1 part Snake Oil
