Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Program Platform: Shopify via GoAffPro

1) Overview

The Chem-X Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting Chem-X products using unique tracking links and/or discount codes.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2) Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Affiliates must apply and be approved by Chem-X.

  • Chem-X reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

  • Affiliates must operate in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

3) Commission Structure

  • Commission rates will be defined within the affiliate dashboard.

  • Chem-X reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.

  • Commissions are earned only on qualified sales (see Section 4).

4) Qualified Sales

A sale qualifies for commission when:

  • The customer clicks the Affiliate’s unique tracking link or uses their assigned code

  • The purchase is completed and paid in full

  • The order is not canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent

Chem-X reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for:

  • Refunded or returned orders

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Violations of these Terms

5) Payment Terms

  • Payments will be made on a Net-30 basis after order validation

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50

  • Payments are issued via PayPal only (valid PayPal address required)

  • Payments will be made at the end of each month.

6) Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Accurately represent Chem-X products

  • Use only approved brand assets when provided

  • Disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines

  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false claims

7) Prohibited Traffic & Promotion Methods

A) Coupon / Deal Sites (Strictly Prohibited)

Affiliates may not:

  • Promote Chem-X on coupon, deal, cashback, or discount aggregation sites

  • Use browser extensions that inject affiliate links or codes

  • Publicly list Chem-X affiliate discount codes on third-party coupon platforms

Any violations will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions.

B) Paid Search (Strictly Prohibited)

Affiliates are NOT allowed to run any paid advertising that targets Chem-X, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads (Google PPC)

  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing PPC)

  • Any other search engine or platform offering pay-per-click search advertising

This includes:

  • Bidding on “Chem-X” or any variations, misspellings, or branded terms

  • Bidding on product names or branded SKUs

  • Direct linking or redirecting traffic through affiliate links

  • Using Chem-X in ad copy, display URLs, or headlines

C) Trademark & Brand Protection

Affiliates may not:

  • Register domains, social handles, or pages that include “Chem-X” or confusingly similar variations

  • Impersonate the Chem-X brand in any form

  • Misrepresent themselves as the official brand

D) Unauthorized Advertising

Affiliates may not:

  • Use spam email, unsolicited messaging, or automated bots

  • Run misleading ads or claims

  • Use fake reviews or testimonials

8) Attribution & Tracking

  • Tracking is handled through GoAffPro

  • Attribution windows and rules are defined within the platform

  • Chem-X is not responsible for tracking errors due to browser settings, ad blockers, or platform limitations

9) Termination

Chem-X reserves the right to:

  • Terminate any Affiliate at any time, with or without cause

  • Void unpaid commissions for violations of these Terms

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time.

10) Limitation of Liability

Chem-X shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Tracking or reporting discrepancies

  • Loss of earnings due to program changes

11) Modifications

Chem-X may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
