Eagle Guard: SALT NEUTRALIZER + RUST INHIBITOR

Salt is the silent enemy of every hard-working rig, trailer, and piece of equipment. Most so-called “neutralizers” knock it back for a minute, then leave your surfaces exposed to the next wave. Eagle Guard is different. Typical acid-based neutralizers do one thing: shift pH. That's it. Eagle Guard takes a tactical approach, combining salt-breaking chemistry, grime removal, and active rust defense into one streamlined process. This is a triple-action defense system built to handle real-world abuse:

SALT NEUTRALIZER: A powerful chelator targets and breaks down road salt, brine, and calcium chloride at the molecular level. Instead of just shifting pH, Eagle Guard encapsulates salt particles so they can be fully rinsed away. This prevents the particles from clinging to metal and accelerating corrosion.

DEGREASING POWER: While the chelator works on salt, a mild alkaline buffer attacks grime, oily films, and buildup that acids can't touch. This ensures your surface is not just neutralized, but actually cleaned, making Eagle Guard far more effective than one-dimensional acid neutralizers.

RUST PROTECTION: After rinsing, Eagle Guard doesn't stop working. A built-in corrosion inhibitor forms an invisible layer of defense that helps block future oxidation, giving your metal lasting protection between washes. No sticky residue. Just clean, shielded surfaces.

STAND TALL. STAY PROTECTED. RUN WITH EAGLE GUARD.

DIRECTIONS / TIPS / DILUTIONS

Directions

  • Pre-Rinse (Optional but Recommended):

Knock off loose debris with water.

  • Apply Eagle Guard:

Use a foam cannon, pump sprayer, or downstream injector to coat the surface.

Apply bottom to top for full coverage.

  • Let Dwell:

Allow at least 30–60 seconds of dwell time. Don’t let the product dry on painted surfaces.

  • Surface-Specific Tips:

Undercarriage Protection:
Apply generously to the undercarriage using a sprayer or undercarriage wand. Scrub with a brush if desired.

For maximum corrosion protectiondo not rinse off—letting Eagle Guard dry in place allows the rust inhibitor to fully activate and bond.

Side Panels & Painted Surfaces:
Foam on Eagle Guard, agitate with a mitt or soft brush if needed, and rinse thoroughly.

Even when rinsed, Eagle Guard will leave behind an invisible layer of rust and salt protection.

  • Final Rinse (if applicable):

Rinse top to bottom using high pressure. Skip this step for undercarriage-only applications if maximum protection is the goal.

Tips / Tricks

  • Pair with Snake Oil or Awesome Sauce for additional hydrophobic protection.
  • Use after winter storms or salty road exposure for ongoing protection.
  • For undercarriages and hard-to-reach areas, use an undercarriage sprayer or wand.
  • Use Eagle Guard as a routine rinse in winter months for best long-term defense.
Dilutions

MUST BE DILUTED FOR ALL APPLICATIONS

  • Foam Cannons: 4 Parts Water : 1 Part Eagle Guard
  • Pump Sprayer: 100 Parts Water : 1 Part Eagle Guard
  • Power Washer: Run at 100 : 1

*Note: If you're using a Chem-X/Suttner Foam Injector, it automatically dilutes at 100:1. Just place the pickup tube into your gallon of Eagle Guard and tighten the Chem-X Flow Cap—the injector does the rest.
