Heavy Duty is an extremely flexible foaming truck wash that can tackle anything from a simple maintenance wash to heavy degreasing. You can run it through foam cannons, down stream injectors, spray bottles or the bucket + brush system.
Heavy Duty arrives SUPER CONCENTRATED which gives you the option to cut it and make the perfect ratio for the job at hand!
We designed Heavy Duty to be as safe as possible on all paint and mirror polished aluminum while getting the job done and getting your project back to looking new again. Below are our recommendations for dilution rates for specific jobs. As always test on a small section and adjust your ratio if needed.
TRUCK WASH 80:1 - 100:1
For a truck/vehicle wash you need to stretch out Heavy duty. We recommend using a down stream injector or a foam cannon. These 2 methods ensure Heavy Duty is being diluted correctly and consistently.
ALL PURPOSE CLEANER 40:1 - 60:1
At this ratio, Heavy Duty is great as an all purpose cleaner. Great for rubber floor mats, trim or cloth. Grab your self a hand held sprayer like an iK pump Sprayer or a simple Trigger sprayer.
WHEEL + RIM CLEANER 10:1 - 20:1
Wheels, rims and even mud flaps require a stronger ratio to really cut through the build up of brake dust, road grime and various filth from the road. Use pump sprayers or a bucket + brush for this job.
HEAVY DEGREASING 10:1
Use any method to apply at this ratio. Go on strong and hit it with a high PSI rinse for super effective result. Great for construction equipment, under carriages, tools or anything with tons of grease and grime on it!
Great cleans really good!!
Thanks Ricky!
For years doing the old bucket wash. But bought a new black truck and starred using the touchless vehicle wash. But pass few weeks the wash started to ****. So reading reviews and watching videos, I decided to try chem x because dude was the only one that was honest. Our stuff is good but won't be fully clean unless you hand agitate. So I bought the small bottles to try. Now truck has not been washed in 2 weeks and been in a bunch of rain so all black truck was nasty. With a cheap foam cannon from lowes about 35 dollars and a ryobi 1600 psi at 1.2 gpm pressure washer but I rinsed with my gas 4500 psi 5 gallon pressure washer. So with zero detailing experience other than knowing what works so far. Step one then step two and I was really surprised . It got truck 90 percent clean. But dirt on wheels nothing worked so I did have to agitate the wheels. Could be lack of knowledge of ratios and time on and so on. Or just to dirty. But never the less the stars and stripe did good. The heavy duty product got plastic and rubber clean and never had to hand wash them. The m shine does great on rubber and plastic as well. Now after touchless wash I was like let's hand wash now. So I hand washed truck then rinsed good then apply snake oil with foam cannon all over and let it set and then rinse off then apply awesome sauce and rinsed it off and wow it was so easy to blow dry off. The water just rolled right off. Now I am going experiment with my motorcycle next. Never seen a video yet of a touchless wash done in a harley. But my experience and low knowledge of what chemicals to use wear I am happy over all with chem x products. Now to help others on the cheap. Them gallon laundry jugs with the push button spouts. Save those and rinse out because I reused them to go ahead and mix chemx in 10 to 1 in them and that way I fill my foam cannon easier. But thank you for making a great product. So to others in same boat on which product to try. Like I was. Because I was stuck between chem x and 3d. But not alot of reviews or videos on 3d compared to chem x. So either its better or worst but with my research I felt chem x was a winner. I ordered chem x and got 32 oz bottles of stars and stripes, heavy duty. M shine , awesome sauce and shipping to my location I was in 175 and got enough stars and stripes to wash my vehicles multiple times. But the awesome sauce came with a sprayer you screw onto bottle. After 4 sprays it broke and stop spraying and I was like well you pos. So out came old windex bottle spray bottle and used that sprayer and got back to work. But definitely going to buy a small pump sprayer for the awesome sauce. The snake oil and awesome sauce are my two favorite so far. But after one hour cleaning out side of my full size 4 door truck it looks like I just bought it. I am very impressed with the out come of the products used. But with rinse, foam cannon, rinse again , applying snake oil the awesome sauce took like 30 minutes. So time wise for touchless wash is great.
Dirty skid loader vs. MTM Foam Cannon and Heavy Duty. No problem. My equipment is the cleanest it’s been since the day it came off the assembly line. Foam it. Rinse it. Spotless. I applied Snake Oil. Application was just as easy. We’ll just have to wait and see how well that repels the dirty after a few days on the farm.
Wow nice work Kevin and I'm siked to hear Heavy Duty got it done for you!❌
Just used heavy degreaser as a bucket wash mixed 256:1 2.5oz. With two gallons of water. Cleaned everything off of car and left it squeaky clean. Very nice product and works as advertised.
Wow that's great to hear thanks Ronnie I appreciate ya!
